This is Shinsen, a Kanazawa miso ramen restaurant located inside the ramen food court in Hibiya. The miso taste is good and the noodles match the soup. I go there regularly, but I always have a hard time deciding which ramen to order. On my second visit, I suddenly noticed the shrimp miso ramen when I looked at the menu, so I ordered it immediately and it was a big hit for me! ! It’s so delicious!! ️!! ️ The shrimp stock is very effective and it mixes well with the noodles, making it a perfect companion to the rice. It's been a long time since I met some really delicious ramen. Thank you for the meal

231114 The restaurant where the Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to Japan came to eat. I had the miso ramen that I had always wanted to try after seeing the photo from that time. The rich miso mixed well with the noodles and was delicious till the end.
