More Comments at Google MapOne of my favorite bowls of ramen in Tokyo Station. Great niboshi broth reinforced with katsuobushi. The menma were prepared well, and the noodles have an excellent texture.
It might not be familiar with foreigners though, NIBOSHI(Anchobi) Ramen is common style for Japanese. If you never eat them, I would recommend to visit here. Anchobi aroma and strong taste would have value to try it! First of all, you would buy a ticket on the ticket machine. Then you would queue in front of entrance. Waiter will call you once sheets are ready. Hence you don’t need to talk waiters. If you have disadvantage of language, you don’t need to care it.
My favourite ramen in Tokyo. It’s really creamy, very flavourful and to be honest, eye opening when I had my first bite. It tasted so good with some pepper and some vinegar!
