More Comments at Google MapI'm sure the ramen is nothing special, but when I was a kid in the Showa era 40 years ago, my father, who had a nearby workplace, would take me out for some good ramen on the weekends, and that's when I started to set my own standards. To the taste. They used to have a store next to Takashimaya, and I think it was temporarily closed, but I was thrilled when I heard that they had moved here. Although I had been away due to moving and other reasons, I enjoyed it for the first time in about 15 years. The taste has not changed and I was moved to tears. That meal ticket from long ago. I'm guessing that the older sister who worked there for the kids back then was the same one (lol), but the old man in the kitchen, who looked like an Edokan, is no longer in the kitchen. Please forever.
I often come to this ramen shop for a light drink, and I always go for the miso ramen. The piping hot soup has a relaxing texture, followed by a salty taste. So I add butter, corn, and green onions to balance it out and make it delicious. The store is always run by a certain old man, aunt, and poster girl, which makes me feel relieved, so I hope it doesn't disappear even if it is redeveloped.
I thought the miso ramen would be refreshing with white miso, but the miso soup had a strong garlic flavor. Chilled sesame sauce, which is on the menu all year round, is delicious and filling. Recommended.
