Order Tsukemen I was surprised by the strong aroma of the char siu as soon as the rice bowl arrived. The thickness of the noodles was average for tsukemen, and as someone who likes thick noodles, I was disappointed. However, it went well with the soup, and I was very satisfied with how it was designed to keep the flavor from getting boring until the end. I've seen some reviews saying that the soup is salty, but since they have split soup, you can adjust it yourself! I even had the delicious soup! Thank you for the meal!

~All Tsukemen~ First visit to the "Niboshi Tsukemen Miyamoto" group restaurant that just opened on March 19th! 15 minutes walk from Minami Sunamachi Station on the Tozai Line. I arrived around 11:15 on a public holiday and had to wait about 10 minutes to enter! A rich soup full of animal-based flavor with plenty of chicken oil floating in it, served with chewy medium-thick straight noodles. A rich flavor with many layers! Irresistibly delicious! My taste is quite different from Mr. Miyamoto of Kamata, but I have inherited Miyamoto-ism firmly. It had a strong taste, so I continued eating while refreshing it with green vegetables and boiled cabbage. The thick char siu and soft-boiled flavored eggs are also very satisfying! They also have quite a variety of alcoholic beverages, so it might be a good idea to have a drink with their famous gravy dumplings! If you are interested, please check it out!
