I received a ramen set for lunch. You can choose between soy sauce and salt for your ramen, and I chose soy sauce. You can also get a large bowl of ramen for free. The soy sauce ramen is flavored with dried sardines and is delicious. It's smooth and has just the right amount of elasticity that goes down your throat. The rice in the set was also delicious.

I ordered soy sauce ramen at a ramen shop that I used to frequent quite often. The first thing you notice is the refreshing flavor of dried sardines without any unpleasant taste, and then you taste the soup made with chicken bones and aromatic vegetables, along with a dashi stock such as kelp. The flavor of the soy sauce comes through well, and it coats the thick noodles well. Along with the flavorful and meaty char siu, I drank the last of the soup and finished it for the first time in a while. The taste may be familiar, but it's still delicious! 880 yen (soy sauce ramen)
