Spicy leek soba and backfat tantan noodles. Both are new menu items. I like mixed soba and mini char siu rice bowls, and I've been eating them for a long time, but when this new menu comes out, I'm happy to have more options. I'm really happy to have such a good ramen shop near my house. You should definitely visit once. Incredibly delicious. I really want you to go.

I read the reviews here and had the Japanese-style ramen, and it was as delicious as the reviews said. The clear soup had a nice aroma of seafood stock, and by the time I realized the perfect balance between the slight sweetness and the not-too-salty taste, I had almost finished the soup. The ultra-thin noodles went down easily, and the thick menma toppings, the textured kelp, and the thin but strong char siew were also delicious. It was a very well-balanced ramen that was light, yet had the richness of the flavored oil, and was refreshing with the scent of yuzu. The price of 700 yen these days is quite reasonable, but I was surprised to find that the soy sauce ramen was even cheaper at 600 yen. When I entered the restaurant around 2pm on a weekday, there were no other customers, but after that, more and more customers came, and the place quickly filled up, showing how popular it was. The store looks like a simple downtown ramen shop, but the staff looks like someone from a visual kei band, and the background music has a rock-like atmosphere with Bon Jovi playing, which was a nice difference. Since I was seated at the counter, I thought that the ramen would be served over the counter, but he came out of the kitchen and brought the ramen to my seat. It's not a food ticket machine, so I think it's difficult to pay and clean up in one operation, but I'm also impressed by the politeness of the service.

It's local. I was busy shopping at Kitasuna Shopping District and always passed by, but I stopped by for lunch while working remotely. I was surprised at how delicious it was. What I received was "Japanese style ramen". Although it has a basic composition of chicken bones, bonito, kelp, and dried sardines, it is a clear soup with almost no oil floating on top. However, it tastes like soup stock. Tohoku? I feel like there was a local ramen that had a grilled and dried sardine base with no oil added, so it might be close to that... It's no surprise that the customers range from young salespeople to the elderly. A gentle ramen that won't make your stomach feel heavy at all. Next time, let's try "soy sauce ramen"!
