"Vegetable ramen" is strangely delicious. Unlike tanmen (salt-based), it is soy sauce-based, but the vegetables are also flavored with soy sauce, and even without the meat, it has a punchy texture. I used to go there a lot until I had to telework due to the corona crisis, but I only ordered this vegetable ramen 4 out of 5 times. I visited for the first time in several years, but I'm glad it hasn't changed.

The ramen has a strong salty taste, but I was able to feel the taste strongly. I'm glad the vegetable ramen was piping hot and good.

Tanmen: 830 yen The noodles were extra thick and chewy. There is less meat in the ingredients. There were a lot of vegetables and it was hearty. Is the soup mainly pork bone? ? ? It was delicious with no taste and a mild taste. Customer service is courteous. The inside of the store felt clean. Thank you for the meal! !
