More Comments at Google MapThere are several shops in the Kasai and Nishikasai areas that serve mixed soba, but among them, the unique and elegant mixed soba was delicious. Orders are written on paper, and you can choose the menu, amount, toppings, and `` chasing rice '' or `` soup '' here. Since it's mazesoba, of course you have to stir it well before eating, but the char siu is crumbly and the egg is just the right amount of softness, so when you mix it, it's nice that it gets entwined with the noodles. In particular, the char siu is roasted and has a nice aroma, and it is delicious even if you eat it as it is. As for the taste, of course it is delicious. Mazesoba has an image of junk taste, but this shop does not feel persistent, and the sweet and salty sauce was delicious until the end without becoming groggy. Another feature is that it seems to contain sansho (Japanese pepper?), which may surprise those who don't like sansho, but I liked it as an accent. I thought this would go well with chasing rice and soup. The inside of the store is also beautiful, and it is a calm space, so it seems to be comfortable for women. Please try it when you get off at Nishikasai.
Visited on Saturday afternoon. We had soupless dandan noodles, thick noodles, normal servings, green onions instead of cilantro, and pork charcuterie toppings. When I mixed it well, it had just the right amount of flavor, and it was very delicious. I also got a chasing meal, but it was the best with the outstanding compatibility with the remaining ingredients. I used to walk by the front of the store often, but it didn't look like there were many customers in it, so I shy away from entering the store. I liked it.
2022.10.06 I visited around 20:00. The location is on the 1st floor of the YH building, a 2-minute walk from the north exit of Nishikasai Station. It was a two-stage type with a slightly strange entrance. One group of customers. There are 2 staff members. I visited with two people, but I was guided to a four-person table. Looking around There were 5 counter seats, 2 tables for 4 people, and 1 table for 2 people. Please write your order on the order sheet. That's what I'm talking about. One entry per person. The recommended menu is 850 yen for tantan noodles without soup, but I simply chose 650 yen for oil soba. Looking at the order sheet, it was a selection sheet with a circle. First, select ①Menu ② Noodle thickness (medium thick noodles 6 minutes, extra thick noodles 8 minutes, thin noodles 2 minutes) ③ Amount of noodles (normal size, medium size, large size [1.5 servings +100 yen], special serving [2 servings +200 yen] ④ Topping [100 yen] Ajitama, kimchi, cheese, natto, fried garlic, green onion, chopped onion [200 yen] coriander [300yen] 3 slices of thick-sliced char siu ⑤ Service [Free] Rice or soup (small) (Both +50 yen, soup size +100 yen) My order is 1) Abura soba 2) Thin noodles 3) Regular serving 4) No toppings 5) Soup Good service! When my partner asked for a raw egg for ④ topping, he accepted it for +50 yen. The abura soba bowl that was brought was a tall, white bowl that looked stylish✨ Mix it up and eat it. Pork belly char siu is soft! Chopped onions and green onions are doing a great job! Soup is onion consommé soup. If you're hungry, there's definitely a chasing meal! Table seasonings include shichimi pepper, black pepper, vinegar, and chili oil. If you need mayonnaise, ask the staff and they will bring it to you. Mayonnaise is a refrigerated product, so hygiene is well managed! The taste is strange. A different taste! ! fun! delicious! I think it's simple and delicious and cost performance is very good.
