This is a miso flavored ramen restaurant. There is a rare white miso ramen. The low-temperature cooked char siu also seems to be delicious. The service is minus 1 because there are few clerks.

I'm looking forward to working sweaty and going out to eat Ifu-san's ramen. Originally, I didn't eat miso ramen. I happened to be invited to go and I was hooked! It's not too salty, it's not too oily, and I love that it has koji in it, so I end up drinking the soup! !
