First visit. The closest location is Rinkai Park, but it still takes about 15 minutes. It's inside a housing complex. Order ramen and it will be served in about 3 minutes. Quite early. The noodles are medium-thick and curly, and go down smoothly. The soup was piping hot, and the back fat was lightly floating, resembling rasho. Although it is not rich, the taste of the soup stock comes through well. So far, so normal. However, I was surprised when I took a bite of the chashu. This is pretty delicious, isn't it? The char siu has a firm texture rather than the thick one that is popular these days. There is no odor, and the flavor leaves a lingering sensation in your mouth. It's worth eating just for this. It's so delicious that you'll regret it if you order it as part of the char siu bowl set. The bill was 600 yen. I'm also happy with this cost performance.

Use on Sundays 2 tables for 4 people, 1 table for 6 people, and 2 tatami mats for 6 people in a small space. Soy sauce ramen for 500 Yen Miso ramen for 550 Yen, and you can choose fried chicken or char siu rice bowl! The soy sauce is a seafood-based soup stock, and the miso is rich. Both were topped with backfat and were delicious without getting cold until the end.

Generally speaking, it is a traditional and classic ramen restaurant. Thanks to the kind staff, I was able to speak and interact with them in Japanese, which made me happy.
