More Comments at Google MapI was sooo carving for one good Tsukemen つけ麺 and bumped into this place by chance. I thought Id give it a try. DAMN. One of the best Tsukemens Ive ever had.
Visited on Sunday at 9pm. The counter was full. It's been a while since I last visited, and I usually have tsukemen, but today I decided to go for ramen. Special Chinese soba 1050 yen and medium size 100 yen. It was served fairly quickly. The soup has a pork bone and seafood flavor. There's quite a lot of oil. Lots of ingredients with 3 slices of chashu, flavored egg, and seaweed. I just don't think seaweed would go well with it. It's a decent package, but the noodles are slippery and soft. I can't have this. I left the noodles alone because they didn't go well with the soup at all. The tsukemen is delicious, so I prefer the tsukemen at this restaurant rather than the ramen. Visited after 8pm on weekdays. About half in. Last time I had the rich tsukemen, so I ordered the special salted tsukemen in a medium size. The food was served without a long wait. The noodles are thinner than the thick tsukemen. There is a considerable amount of medium size. The special comes with seaweed, flavored eggs, and 2 pieces of roasted pork. It's a special product for about 200 yen, so it's a good deal. The dipping sauce is light but flavorful, and the saltiness of the cubed chashu works well. The noodles are thinner than the thick tsukemen, so I was able to finish the whole meal without feeling too hungry. The salted tsukemen was delicious and I would like to come again. Visited on Sunday night. The counter was empty. Rich tsukemen 820 yen + medium size 100 yen + 2 pieces of grilled pork 150 yen. It was delivered in 7.8 minutes. The noodles were smooth, firm and delicious. The middle portion is quite satisfying. The dipping sauce is rich seafood-based. The ingredients are salty cubes of grilled pork and homemade menma. I guess I didn't need the grilled pork topping because I already had this cubed grilled pork. Although it used to be a very delicious tsukemen, this rich seafood dish is now available everywhere. Next time I would like to try salt tsukemen or ramen.
A shop along Ichikawa Kaido. There are many ramen shops in the area, but this is the best seafood soup based on dried sardines. The presentation, service, and presentation were both polite and delicious.
