This time I ordered the special squid boiled dry salt ramen. The soup was rich but not greasy. The onions that were paired with it upgraded the overall taste. The barbecued pork was different from the usual soft and tender texture. It was made chewier. I ended up ordering a bowl. Serve raw eggs with rice, mix well and add to the soup for a perfect finishing touch. The portion is just right.

Small Japanes ramen restaurant. I was recommended by my local friend, and her recommendation was correct. Be aware that you need to order foods using bending machine which only takes cash and written in Japanese :-).

My favourite ramen place in Tokyo. Light and flavorful.
