We stumbled upon this ramen bar while in the area. If I’ve learnt anything, it’s to trust small restaurants with long queues out the door. Even though the queue was long, it was fast moving (took us about 30mins). The owners were lovely and helped tremendously with operating the ticket machine for the menu. The ramen was great, portion sizes very generous (we even asked for a smaller portion as we had a big dinner planned) and we feel very lucky to have stumbled on this place!

The last noodle I ate today. The store will not sell it when it is sold out. I ordered the soy sauce flavor and told the store to be saltier, but I regret it, it was a bit too salty. The store said that the noodles are made by itself, so even though it usually ends at 6 o'clock in the evening, if it is sold out, it will end early. I went before 5 o'clock, and people after that didn't eat. The taste is still good. Tell the store that I am from China. The store is very enthusiastic and gave me an egg. The female storekeeper also gave me the Osaka snacks that her customers gave her. This feeling is really good. After eating, I walked a few steps. I arrived at the only cat bookstore in Jimbocho. Although I only bought 200 gashapons, the boss also gave me something, a limited paper book cover and a small fan😊 In short, this small shop in Japan is the most humane place.

They are a kind of 'Ganko' style Ramen noodle restaurant. Their Ramens have al dente noodles with extremely strong umami taste soup but No MSG.
