Huge portion ramen. The type of ramen is very different from the typical ones. The noodles are thicker and the broth is saltier. The highlight is the pork meat, absolutely delicious. You first need to buy a coupon from a machine near the entrance inside the shop. There are options to add free toppings including sprouts, garlic, ginger etc, shown on the side of your seat. They will ask you which topping you want when preparing the dish. I will recommend to go for normal (普通) size, unless you have a humongous appetite.

This jiro ramen is special. Next to my place, i have always seen long queues. Workers starting queuing at 11 for lunch. The jiro ramen is in my opinion better than the official jiro ramen (e.g. the one you find in kabukicho). One should get the ramen with ninniku and abura, for extra flavour. Recommend people trying the 500g portion. Might be intimidating for a non speaker, but it is still worth the little struggle to order.

Very good ramen next to Todaimae station exit on the Namboku line. Like a lot of ramen restaurants, you order at the machine first (be sure to come with coins or 1000 yen banknotes), then wait for z seat to be available and give your order tickets to the staff. Wait 3 minutes and tadah, your bowl of delicious hot ramen is ready. What I liked here and didn't see in other ramen joints that I visited is that you can choose several toppings for free. The place is quite popular so I recommend to avoid peak hours. In my case I went around 13:00 on a weekday; there were 3 people waiting before me, and I had a seat after about 5 minutes. But sometimes the line is longer :-) (I was too hungry so forgot to take photos 😂)
