I received a delicious medium-sized bowl of tsukemen for 1,100 yen. The soup is mixed in a siphon and served. If you sit at the counter, the food will be cooked right in front of you. This is the first time I've been to a restaurant where you can enjoy soup visually. It's not a rich dipping sauce, but it has a great flavor. I enjoyed the soup to the very end. Are the noodles medium-thin noodles? This is a type of tsukemen that you can really eat by dipping it in, rather than dipping it into the soup. Will visit here again.
