Great place for delicious ramen. Spent a month in Tokyo staying next to this tiny place. At first, was hesitant as it was so small and i do not speak Japanese but finally went in...then ate almost every day. Very cosy atmosphere - the owner is relaxed and played smooth jazz whenever I went. To be honest, i sometimes didn't even know what i was ordering as the owner did not speak English..so i just pointed at the menu photo...but every dish was incredible.

This kelp and ginger mannish comes here all year round. I ordered kelp salt ramen with extra meat. This is a light and delicious ramen. The ramen is even more delicious when you add konbu vinegar. I think it would be nice if the kelp was a little stronger, but there are a lot of female customers, so the kelp salt ramen is popular. The next day, I ate cold salted kelp ramen and it was delicious and the compatibility of the umeboshi and konbu was excellent. This is the most delicious cold series I've ever had. I tried some spicy-sounding cold sesame miso and soy sauce ramen, and they were delicious, but... they weren't as delicious as the "cold kelp salt ramen"!

It's so delicious! The kombu seaweed is thick, but it has a nice aroma, and the crunchiness of the rice crackers goes well with it! The soft but meaty steamed chicken and the thick curly noodles are mixed with the thick soup stock, and it's the best! The kombu barley miso balls have a completely different taste, but the scent of miso is good and it is also delicious! The soy sauce flavor that you can eat if you go more than 5 times was also strong and delicious! But I'm still a salt person. The taste of miso egg rice is not strange even if it is served at the end of a restaurant!
