More Comments at Google MapThe soup is delicious and I always finish it without leaving any leftovers. All the toppings are delicious, the price is reasonable, and overall it's my favorite tonkotsu ramen I've had in Tokyo. Thank you very much to the store owner and staff.
I used it for lunch. It seems like a small rice bowl is free on weekdays because of the food ticket system! The presentation was very beautiful, and the compatibility between the mushy soup and onions was outstanding! I would like to come again!
I had the pork bone soy sauce ramen for 750 yen. The ingredients are chashu, menma, green onions, spinach, and three pieces of seaweed, making this a standard family-style ramen. Tickets can be purchased from the ticket machine at the entrance. The soup is light and thick without turning into a potage, with just the right amount of salt and richness that goes well with the noodles. When I went there, there were three employees in the small, face-to-face kitchen. I was busy working. Instead of the energetic and loud customer service that is common in this type of store. I was impressed by the concise, clear and pleasant customer service. There are only 8 seats, so it always seems crowded at lunchtime. Also, the first and third Friday of each month Due to the 500 yen Kyushu Tonkotsu campaign, there is a long line outside the store at lunchtime. I feel like I want to support the restaurants that are working hard and coming up with various ideas in Nihonbashi Hamacho, which is a competitive area for lunch.
