Regular size, garlic oil ￥830 Non-emulsified soup, crunchy vegetables. It's really hot. It has a strong umami flavor, but the saltiness is gentler than Jiro's, and there is a certain delicateness to it. The lean and fatty portion of the pork belly is meaty yet melts easily in your mouth. You can enjoy your meal in a relaxed manner without the hectic atmosphere that is common with Jiro restaurants. I think ¥830 is a bargain for this volume and quality along the Yamanote Line. I like it and will come again.
