Fantastic ramen place. The owner is very nice and passionate about his food. The miso ramen is great in the winter and the ginger ramen is amazing in the summer. Highly recommended

I ate salt ramen (950 yen). This ramen is made very carefully. The noodles are delicious, but the soup is the best! It's a chicken-based soup, but the flavor of seafood works well. It seems that dried scallops, dried shrimp, clams, etc. are used in the salt sauce. It was so delicious that I drank it up. When I visited just before 12:00 noon on a weekday, there was only one customer, but after a while it was almost full.

Today we will have a slightly early lunch with special salt. First of all, I started with the soup, scooped it up with a spoon, put it in my mouth, scooped it up, put it in my mouth, and kept repeating until the soup seemed to run out. I got absorbed in it. When I came to my senses, I shuttled the chicken char, chashu pork, and menma with the noodles, occasionally adding some green onions, and finally finished the soup and enjoyed the meal. I'm sad that the summer-limited cold season is over, but this ramen that doesn't cut any corners is always the best.
