I like that ramenshop in takenotsuka. Especially the chahan or fried rice. It's the same taste of tapsilog in my country(Philippines).

I had a large serving of "Oedo soy sauce ramen"! It was delicious with a seafood soup. The char siu was soft and juicy! The store was spacious and clean, and the store manager also greeted me with a smile, so I had a very pleasant time!

Although it is backfat soy sauce ramen, I didn't feel so greasy. It seems that he trained at Ramen Katsuki in Ebisu a long time ago, and it certainly had that kind of taste. It is nice that rice is served free of charge until 2:00 pm on weekdays.
