Super tasty food, japanese only menu and ordering but we managed. Big portions and very good value. We had pork kimchi ramen, egg fried rice and Tomoku soba and all were delicious. Cook saw that we were curious about the cooking process and kindly explained what he was doing while he prepared the food. Location is very basic, just an L shaped counter around the cooking area but there's plenty of space to not feel cramped while eating. I would definitely eat here again next time I'm in Tokyo.

Bottom line is i had an amazing bowl of Ramen for 500 yen. Had to wait a minute to get an order and it was very hot in the store. Had to order in japanese but we persevered, and it was fully worth it. Finished every drop.

I've been interested in this street Chinese restaurant ever since I saw the storefront. It's about a couple in their 80s, but I think some people may be offended by the interaction between the couple in the Showa era. For some reason, there is a full-sized vending machine for cola and other drinks inside the store. The ramen has a gentle ginger-scented soup and soft noodles. The amount of half-fried rice is quite large. Moist fried rice with plenty of pepper. Next time, I think I'll skip the customer work in the afternoon and have some steamed noodles and gyoza instead. I love this store. I want this town Chinese restaurant to continue for as long as possible.
