Ordered Duluxe duck Ramen (salt). The broth was clear but the taste is umami and it was balance very nicely. Texture of the noodle was perfect, it was goes smoothly to your mouth. Duck meat was very perfect. It was medium and there was a hint of pepper on every single piece of the duck meat.

Literally the best soy sauce (醤油) ramen I ate in the whole of Tōkyo. It's a duck ramen with organe zest on top of the duck meat and it's really one of the most delicious ramen I've ever eaten. There's also a salt version but I haven't tried it. All I can say is that it's definitely a go to place if you like ramen.

Delicious duck broth ramen! I got a (shio) salt duck ramen! With a side (aedama) extra noodles with truffles! Smaller restaurant about 8-10 seats. Will be returning soon!
