More Comments at Google MapKarai Ramen is a unique and flavorful restaurant that offers a distinctive twist on traditional ramen dishes. One standout feature is their original Ankake ramen, which is served with an elegant clear hot water sauce that sets it apart from other oyster sauce and Chinese soy sauce-based ramen dishes. The noodles used in their dishes are Japanese-style kansui Chinese noodles, which are perfectly cooked and pair well with the flavorful broth. The ingredients in the Ankake ramen include mushrooms, dried golden needle vegetables, and a hint of star anise and Sichuan pepper, resulting in a unique blend of Chinese and Japanese flavors. Another notable dish is the San Ramen, which offers a good balance of sour and spicy flavors. The gyoza is average, but the Chahan rice is a welcome addition to the set menu. One potential downside is that Karai Ramen doesn't offer many vegetable dishes, which could be a drawback for vegetarians or those seeking a healthier option. However, the unique and flavorful ramen dishes make up for this limitation. Additionally, a plus point is that the pictures in the menu accurately represent the dishes served, which can be helpful in making your selection. Overall, Karai Ramen is a must-visit restaurant for those looking for a different take on traditional ramen dishes. The original Ankake ramen and San Ramen are both highly recommended, and the Chahan rice is a great addition to any meal. Although the lack of vegetable dishes may be a concern, the delicious flavors of the ramen dishes make it a restaurant worth revisiting to try out their other dishes.
The location of the store is small, and the order is from a vending machine. The noodles taste very good, the boss is Chinese, and there is no problem with Chinese and Japanese. The price is moderate and the taste is satisfying. I will come again next time!
First food in Japan! So delicious 😋✨
