A lucky find when we stopped over at Kinshicho station! Really delicious creamy buttery oyster soup! Most ramen in Japan is too salty for my taste but the salt level for this soup is just nice! I recommend this if you’re in the area.. 🦪🍜😋👍🏻

Really good ramen in a tiny, quick little ramen bar. I don’t read Japanese very fast or well, and the menu on the ticket machine wasn’t very descriptive, anyway. I’m not very picky so, with all of that in mind, I just picked the Saichi Ramen, since I thought that their eponymous bowl would be good. It was!

- Friendly staff (owner?) - Unique ramen - More than 6 sheets I ordered oyster tsukemen (920 yen). The colour of soup is so unique, it has a kind of green curry-ish look. I could smell and taste some flavours of Oyster from the soup. It’s absolutely unique type of ramen and I enjoyed it. I appreciate their topping is simple. The toppings consist of two sautéed (?) oysters, negi, shreadered seaweed and sprout. Unlike other places, this ramen shop mainly put vegetables so the taste of soup was more appealing to me. Also I appreciate how friendly the owner was... I put a 1000 yen (which has been folded for a while) and vendor machine didn’t accept it. Then the owner noticed that so quick and helped me to get an order ticket. I love this ramen shop :D
