More Comments at Google MapSharin is a ramen/ Tsukemen Chain restaurant all over Kanto, it’s under the company 六厘舎. The noodles I’ve order was 特盛り Which is around 600g. The noodle is chewy, the fish soup is quite tasty which a thick broth to dip your noodles in it, the pork meat was decent, can’t really taste the pork flavour, and the menma was also too thin to have a great texture. But it’s good that they provide different types of seasoning with Japanese labels and vinegar for the soup base, I quite like the Yuzu Vinegar which add a good touch on the soup base make it less thick to drink on. I’m a big guy so the 600g is good enough for me, I’m the middle of the dinning process, if you wish to have one more bowl of soup you can ask them to give it to you, (SouPu O KaWari KuDaSai) so you’ll always get to have a hot soup base for your Tsukemen.
Very tasty ramen. Their soup is best!!
Best tsukemen ever 😄
