Excellent chashu, as it has’t changed for 4 years!! It’s umami cannot be forgotten and my food couldn’t resist walking down the street after getting off the Kitasenju station. I chose tonkotsu bowl which had bit too much garlic but it’s ok. Had a wonderful lunch and have to come back for the chashu.

There are various places where Tsukemen is delicious, such as Tomita in Matsudo, Tsujita Ochanomizu, and Taishoken in Ikebukuro, but it has been 15 years since it was founded. Ramen battleground, Soan in Kitasenju is also delicious. We recommend the slightly firm noodles that go down smoothly with the scent of wheat. On weekdays, rice is served for free, and the photo is large and less rice. (January 23) I came to eat after a long absence. As usual, the dipping sauce had a strong presence of char siu and was delicious. After all, the price was raised a little because of the times.

I ate Soan Tsukemen with aji tamatsu. There are three types of noodles, ranging from medium to double-sized, and the price seems to be the same. I did it average. The inside of the store is quiet and relaxing. The staff had a good atmosphere. There was no particular smell from the soup, and the noodles were chewy, delicious, and easy to eat. I'm curious about the other flavors, so I'll stop by again after I get my hair cut 😺
