The signboard menu is a set of grilled agoshio ramen and white rice for ochazuke. The grilled chin salt ramen is good because the impact of the first mouthful of grilled chin is strong. The noodles are also chewy with a lot of water. Two types of char siu were cooked at a low temperature, and the chicken was delicious, but the pork had a deeper taste.
