It was a ramen that went well with rice. I added more flavorful pork, mixed it with eggs, and added garlic, so it should go even better with rice! ? I actually regret not ordering food since I had only had one drink. You won't be able to see the store's sign until you enter a narrow alley, so take a look.

Arrived at the store almost as soon as it opened. 0 customers. I ordered the most standard "Meatama Soba (average)" for 950 yen. Rice and garlic are free, and you can get rice refills. Side dish ramen with soup, noodles, and side dishes (I purposely don't call them ingredients) 🍜 This is a ramen that you want to fully enjoy on an empty stomach 🍜 The salty taste is strong in the second half, but if you're hungry, this is a bowl you can easily eat.

The shop used to be Nagahama Tonkotsu Ramen Shop, but it became our shop last year. The inside of the restaurant is rather small, with 5 counter seats and 2 table seats for 4 people. The charm of this restaurant is that it offers free refills of rice. It is said to be a side dish type ramen that goes best with rice in Japan, and I thought that might actually be the case... Yakiniku instead of chashu, which is normally used as a ramen topping. You can eat sweet and spicy rice just with this, and on Mondays and the 29th, you can double the amount by 1.5 times. (Anonymous, soy sauce-based) Meatball soba is very rich, and if you add 2-3 times more pepper than you imagined halfway through, the flavor becomes punchier and the chopsticks become even more delicious (this is my personal impression) The Tantan ramen, which is both limited edition and popular, had a milkier, tantan-flavored white sauce, and the noodles were well coated with flavor. There are also examples of rice arrangements posted inside the store, so it might be a good idea to refer to them. It was my first time to eat ramen (?) to eat rice this much. However, you can enjoy the soup all the way to the end, and adding rice to the soup is a good way to end the meal.As someone who likes unusual flavors, I can say that this restaurant is the best. The only drawback is that it may be a little difficult to find the location, but if you go a little south of the bar area at the west exit of Kita-Senju Station, there will be a sign on the right, so turn right and enter the alley and you will find the shop. The female waiter at dinner time, even though I didn't know the closing time and came in about 10 minutes before the restaurant closed, she handled the refills with a smile and made a good impression on me. I'm sorry, but thank you. I'll come back later
