I ordered the basic "Shio Ramen". The sweet potato-based veggie pota soup has a thick, rich flavor. But it's not greasy, so I end up drinking too much. The noodles are chewy, thick and curly, making them very filling. The char siu is chewy and flavorful. I think the ramen is well-balanced with the accents of crunchy bean sprouts and crunchy wood ear mushrooms. It's also good to add ginger halfway through for a refreshing meal.
