Excellent and clean bowl of ramen, finished everything with not a drop left. I had the shio ramen last time and left extremely impressed, so i came back for the shoyu ramen. Both were equally delicious. the menu got cut down significantly since the last time, no more niboshi, no more fried rice, which is a pity since i really wanted to try their fried rice with the amazing chilli oil they provide.

Kameari area is full of popular ramen shops. Among them, if you find this one light and delicious, you have to try it. I found the shop when I walked to the shopping street a little south of the station. The ticket vending machine has quite a variety of buttons, such as soy sauce and salt, dried sardines and dandan noodles, and abura soba and tsukemen, so I'm confused... Well, since it's my first time, I chose the salt on the top left. The calm atmosphere at the counter is a great contrast to the bustle of the area near the station. As for the soup...well, the chicken is rich, and it's really flavorful. It has just the right amount of saltiness, making it easy to drink, and the oiliness gives it a rich taste. The curly noodles that look like they're being rubbed with your hands go well with the salty soup...the ones that naturally move with their chopsticks when they think they're delicious. There are two pieces of chashu, chicken and pork, and it's juicy. I also added wontons, and the crunchy texture of the filling whets the appetite. Hmm...I honestly want this store in my neighborhood. There are so many menus that you won't get bored, and I'm actually jealous of Kameari.
