Dandan noodles Ryuho RuPaN Spicy dandan noodles + rice Dandan noodles For those who like Japanese pepper, it seems that maple dandan noodles or byan-byan noodles are good. For those who don't like spicy food, we recommend the normal dandan noodles with the delicious sweetness of sesame seeds (^^) Afterwards, I received the charred flavor and Sichuan pepper to make it from weak to medium, it was very delicious (^^)

I don't think you'll find this level of satisfaction in any other store! The owner's customer service is courteous, and he is able to adjust the taste and provide detailed service. This is the only place where you can drink the soup to the last drop! When you have time, dive into the soup with rice! This is also the best😀

Spicy tandan noodles 930 yen White rice 100 yen Visited in the afternoon on a weekday. 3 customers first, 1 customer later. The store has 10 counter seats (with partitions between every 2 seats) and 1 table seat in the back. There is only one owner working in the kitchen. Immediately after entering the store, I was asked if it was my first time here, so when I told them it was my first time, they came out to the hall and explained the menu to me. I purchased the title at the ticket machine and took a seat at the counter under the guidance of the owner. You can choose the level of spiciness when you hand over the ticket, but if it's your first time, low is safe, but you can add spiciness later, so choose low. When I waited while drinking barley tea on the self-serve table, the food was served in about 5 to 6 minutes. When I scooped up the soup from the tandan noodles and drank it, I found that it had a complex and unique flavor, intertwined with Japanese pepper and Chinese spices. The first impact is more flavor than spiciness. The ingredients are finely scattered throughout the bowl, and the bean sprouts and chopped onions are sweet and crunchy, and the bok choy is also refreshing. The noodles are curly in the middle and blend well with the soup, giving it a slightly chewy texture and making it delicious. If you melt the meat miso in the center midway through, you'll get a different spiciness and a rich flavor that will give it a nice new flavor. It got quite spicy at this point, so unless you like extremely spicy food, I think the spiciness is low enough. Also, if you follow the instructions posted on the wall and add two tablespoons of green onion oil on the table, it will add even more aroma and flavor to the soup! The white rice is about the size of a regular bowl, but goes perfectly with the soup. I drank it completely and finished it by adding sesame seeds on the table. Delicious tandan noodles made with the owner's delicious and spicy soup. Personally, this is the best tandan noodles I've had so far. You can get a stamp for Adachi City's 90th anniversary receipt just by saying it. There is no affiliated parking lot, but there are several nearby for a fee. Thank you for the meal.
