I ordered Chinese noodles. It was extremely hot and delicious until the end. This was my first time having ramen that was so piping hot, and for me it was the best. Lately, I've been feeling like there aren't many restaurants that serve piping hot soup. My mouth burned a bit, but it was great. There's something scary about the atmosphere in the store. I will go again. It looks like you can do a lot of takeout as well.

Spicy soba noodles are really delicious. The spiciness is addictive...! And for me, the encounter with Koku Chuka is... Before I knew it, I've been eating rich Chinese food ever since. The store clerk is also very nice!

I went to Eifuku Taishoken in Kawaguchi, but it was closed. Then, I changed course and visited this shop for the first time along the down lane of Soka Sangyo Road. Pass the store, there is a private parking lot for 4 cars under the apartment on the corner of the traffic light. When you enter the store, there is a ticket vending machine in front of you. The menu is a little confusing. Then the shop owner kindly followed up, saying, "If you don't understand something, tell me." You're a good person! 😄 Pochi warm vegetable Chinese 980 yen. When I sat down at the counter and handed over my ticket, I was asked, ``Which one do you like, light and rich?'' and I ordered the rich one. Start cooking quietly in the kitchen. Looking at the menu at the counter, I was once again surprised by the large selection of items. It doesn't take long to arrive. The warm vegetables I ordered were 100% bean sprouts... It's 250 yen more expensive than Chinese soba and only has bean sprouts... I honestly feel a little sad. Well, it's my first time so I'll have to keep my head up. The soup is hot and thick soy sauce. Homemade noodles have a large amount of noodles and are chewy. Seafood soup that is closer to the animal system. The taste is similar to the Higashiike type in Saitama Prefecture that I am used to eating. Fortunately, the bean sprouts are not watery and don't interfere with the taste. More than that, it strangely matched the soup, and when I stuffed it in my mouth with chewy noodles, it added a nice sensation. It was a belly bread with a lot of noodles. However, 250 yen UP for bean sprouts is expensive...LOL
