Bonito Tsukemen with Flavored Eggs 1,050 yen Meat rice 200 yen Visited on Saturday around 18:30. First customer 0, second customer 5. There are 9 counters inside the store, and there is a partition between each seat. One operation by the shopkeeper. Purchase a ticket at the ticket machine and place the ticket at the counter. After being given water and chopsticks, we collected our meal tickets. Served in about 9 minutes. The noodles are medium-thick noodles made by Mikawaya Seimen with loose waves that are a little flat, and even the noodles alone are delicious with a firm chew and good flavor. The dipping sauce is bonito and pork bone soy sauce, and it's light and rich in flavor, making it quite delicious! It's a type I've never had before, and you can really feel the flavor of the bonito stock. The ingredients include senju green onion, thin menma, strips of roasted pork, and topped with flavored eggs.It's hard to tell at first glance, but it's full of everything except for the flavored eggs, so it's very satisfying. Menma is thin but has a crunchy texture. In particular, the lightly roasted senju green onion has a sweet taste and is very delicious. The flavored eggs are half-cooked inside, which I really like. The meat rice is served in a small rice bowl with korocha and shredded green onions, and the char siu has a rich sweet and spicy flavor that goes well with the rice! They added a lot of broth so it was delicious till the end. At the end, I asked for some soup, and he kindly obliged, and even went out of his way to warm it up in a frying pan so I could finish it for the first time in a while. At restaurants that use seafood-based soups, fish meal accumulates in the dipping sauce bowl, but there was no fish powder left, so I was impressed that they were careful to prepare the soup stock. It's a restaurant with a cheerful owner located in a residential area, and the overall satisfaction was high with the quality of the drinks. I was finally able to go to a store that I had wanted to go to for a long time because it was a TRY award winning store and a certain YouTuber had also been there. If I have a chance, I would like to try the ramen as well. There is a space in front of the store, but you might be able to park two or three bicycles. There is an ashtray at the entrance. When you take a bite of the dipping sauce, the rich flavor and sweetness dance in your mouth. This is one of a kind. The owner taught me the recommended way to eat it, and I ate it without any hesitation and finished it in no time. According to the shop owner, 2 kg of fruit tomatoes can be boiled down to about 10 servings, so they cannot sell them at the current price, but because the tomatoes are provided by a friend, they are able to sell them at this price. For that reason, I think it is a very spot-on offer. I haven't been able to try any of the other regular menu items yet, but if the level of limited edition is this high, if rare limited information is tweeted, it might become a limited option. I was worried about attracting customers because of the location, but all the customers other than myself seemed to be regulars, so perhaps it was the owner's personality that drew the crowd.
