Sōka, Saitama, Japan｜Ramen Shop Motchan

Both ramen and tsukemen are delicious. I go there three times a week. There are regular, medium, and large noodles. There are two types of soup, soy sauce and miso. Toppings include char siu and green onions. (Sun) (Holiday) is a regular holiday. Open from 11:00 to 19:30 (around 20:00). A large trailer is parked in front of the store. It's proof of a delicious restaurant! (^-^) Air conditioner installed!

When I passed by the store, there was a strong smell, but lately it hasn't been strong at all. It's been a long time since I've had miso ramen and it was so delicious! The noodles are also firm, which I like. It's light, but has a rich pork bone flavor. I wanted to drink all the juice. It was so delicious! I didn't feel sick to my stomach, and I think it would be nice to have to wait in line longer.
