The soup is quite oily and salty, but the noodles texture is absolutely fantastic. Overall a great meal at a reasonable price. Generous amount of spring onion and bean sprout. Just don't drink too much of the soup. Free dumplings and plain water available. The place is quite small and congested but it's pretty common in Japan.

On top of what you order, you can request for more rice, noodles or soup without charge. Note that the portions are already large by default - it can get even bigger. Staff are very friendly. Please tell them if you want more ingredients or less. Especially if it is health concerning. For example, soup will come thick with pork lard - you can request for less (please do).

I really wish i could take you home and set you up here in my country...there would b no doubt this venture of quality japanese food would queue long lines for this awfully good, second to none ramen dishes.
