I would say the ramen is very traditional and simple, yet has depth in flavour. The soup is made of chicken and Ago-dashi broth, very transparent. The place does not have popularity like Itto, but is very recommended. Almost everyone in the place ordered Gyusuji-tsukemen, which comes with spicy soup with meat and thick noodle. Small rice is available during lunch.

Yagiya is a long-established ramen shop in Shinkoiwa that I've been curious about for a while. Visited for lunch on Saturday. Instead of the trendy seafood, pork bones, back fat, and large portions, we focus on the soup: ``Okukuji Shamo Jidori and seafood chicken soy sauce soup'' ``Stewed beef tendon and chili oil soup tsukemen'' ``Based seafood soy sauce soup'' ``Miso ramen that now looks like a secret menu item'' All of them are sophisticated soups. This time, I chose local chicken and miso. The fragrant local chicken paired with the seafood, chicken, and soy sauce soup is very delicious. You will drink it till the end. Miso is a mild soup with a sour taste. The portion was large and I was full. Looking at the customer base, I feel that this is a restaurant that is loved by repeat customers and locals. Because the atmosphere of the couple is good. People who eat it are choking a lot. (lol) Next time I would like to come back to try the beef tendon tsukemen. July 22

It was my first time entering. Beef tendon ramen is tsukemen, but the beef tendon is a creamy and spicy soup. I was asked if I would like soup and if I would like rice. We also recommend eating rice with the soup.
