Really good and cheap. You walk in grab your Ramen Ticket from the vending machine. (bring cash), grab your towel and water yourself, sit down, show ticket to the chef and not even 10 minutes later you enjoy your delicious ramen. After you finished eating you clean the space you used yourself with the towel you got earlier. Place every used dish on the top counter and you're good to leave. Highly recommend to try this place.

Wonderful, wonderful ramen. We got there and hadn't been to a ramen shop in Tokyo yet, so were unfamiliar with having to buy a ticket at the machine before going to sit at the counter. A man very kindly mustered all of his English to help us understand. It was super rewarding. It's like this: Get a ticket from the machine. Using a translator app really helps if you don't speak Japanese as there is no English. Pay in cash. Base soup and toppings are separate tickets. Grab a wet towel on the way to your seat and a water if you want it. Go to the counter. Give the cook your tickets. Wait. You get your food. Enjoy. Put your used stuff on the counter and put your towel and any trash in their place by the door.
