I thought I was going to have a lot of fun today, so I ordered salt ramen with a normal amount of noodles without any special offers. The difference in appearance from ○toku is that ○toku has boiled eggs. I'll attach a photo. When I arrived at the store after 1pm on a Saturday, there were 3 people in line, and 4 people were right behind me. By 2:30 p.m. when we finished eating, the line had cleared. It's a genuine Jiro type. Unlike Jiro, there are three types of flavor: soy sauce, miso, and salt, and each flavor has a spiciness, so I think everyone can enjoy it with their favorite flavor. There are also a wide variety of free toppings, depending on the hardness of the noodles, amount of vegetables, seasoning, amount of oil, and tempura balls, so you can eat according to your mood that day. There are two types of tempura: regular and spicy akadama. I haven't chosen the spicy one because it is said to be quite spicy, but it might be good for those who like spicy food. The noodles are chewy and hard, which is typical of the Jiro style, the vegetables are boiled and the portions are quite large, and the chashu is large and soft. Even in summer, the restaurant is air-conditioned, so you can enjoy delicious food. Although many of the store employees in the Jiro style store tend to be a bit on edge, both the store manager and the female assistant are friendly and make you feel at home, so you can feel at home. I've visited several times and had miso and salty flavors, and I personally think that the salty flavor is the best match for this restaurant's noodles and soup. You buy your meal ticket while waiting in line, and while you're waiting, a staff member comes to collect it in advance and also picks up your toppings at that time. If you are not in line, they will ask you when you are seated and hand over your meal ticket. We also use delivery services such as Uber, and we receive a huge number of orders, so sometimes it takes a long time for the food to be served after you are seated, or sometimes you are waiting in line and can't get into the next restaurant. Even so, there were many people lining up despite the scorching sun in the middle of summer. If you don't want to wait in line, the best time to go is after 1:00 p.m.

Near Kameari station. It is located at the intersection of Ring 7 and Joban Line. Counter only shop. Meal ticket system. It is a popular restaurant that often has lines, but since it is not a so-called turn system, orders are asked for each time you are seated and the food is prepared. So you can eat slowly. This shop does not have a punchy taste, but a moderately light taste and a delicate finish. Therefore, the saltiness is mild, and the deliciousness of the noodles and the gentle meatiness of the pork and the soup are well-balanced. Also, perhaps because of that, a little discoloration has come out to the surface, and only there is a little disappointing. But the chashu is special. It seemed that there were many customers who ordered one more piece. There are many coin parking nearby, and it was a shop that I would like to visit again. The customer service was completely normal.

It was about a 5-minute walk from the north exit of Kameari Station. Tabletop seasonings included tabletop soy sauce, one taste, and mill-type coarsely ground pepper. The order was a mechanism to purchase a ticket at the ticket vending machine and hand it to the clerk. It was a damn hot day, but the cooler was working inside the store. This time I ate ramen 800 yen. If you use garlic ants, add a tablespoon of raw garlic. It was delicious when mixed with the soup. I felt that the smell after eating must be a day when I don't care. It was delicious. I'll come back later.
