Dipped in kombu water, medium-thick, straight noodles are dipped in a strong soy sauce soup made with dried sardines and animal products. It's a little oily, and it's a cup where you can feel the umami of the ingredients themselves! With a high attack power, you can eat it in no time without resting your chopsticks. There are four types of chashu with different parts, all with elaborate flavors. The sea urchin was a good size and meaty, and the moment I bit into it, it had a nice aroma and was delicious. In particular, the menma had a rich color and was very delicious. When I finished eating and came out, there were about 12 people waiting outside.
