my favorite ramen! soo soo good. make sure to come before they open as the line can get quite long.

This might be the best ramen I've ever had in Tokyo! I just realized there's a hidden-magical ramen shop nearby after living 2 years in Shibamata. It was my first time eating ramen without any intention to add more spices (garlic, pepper, etc)! From the outside (especially in the evening) you may the shop doubtful, but it feels like home! The owner is also very kind.

Small hole in the wall Ramen shop. The broth is a mixture of fish and tonkotsu. Has only been opened a few years but always a satisfied crowd. Using the vending machine may be a little tricky because all in Japanese but the owner is always happy to help out. He always gives out ice cream to my children at the end. May be busy but worth the wait.
