Machida Shoten is a chain of Iekei Ramen restaurants. I've been curious about it for a while because it's been compared to Ippudo, a tonkotsu ramen chain. By the way, my family's memories are from Hyakumen at Kyodo more than 20 years ago. This time, two of us visited and each ordered the standard soy sauce pork bone and salt pork bone, as well as one gyoza. Both the ramen and fried chicken were delicious. When I tasted both soups, I found that the standard one had the deliciousness of a family-style ramen, and the salt one had the deliciousness of a non-family style tonkotsu ramen. Speaking of strong, if they had a lineup of thin noodles like Hyakumen, I would have chosen thick noodles for soy sauce and thin noodles for salt, depending on my mood that day.

I love this miso. Choose bean sprouts and spinach. Vegetables are essential. You can also enjoy a taste change by adding free ginger. Free chopped onions. Thanks for the meal
