I ordered the Shinshu Miso Vegetable Ramen and the Miso Mayonnaise Salad. The parking lot is always full on weekends, but today it was fine, so I visited. Hokkaido miso is a little dark, but Shinshu miso was delicious. The store clerk is also energetic and the atmosphere is good. Miso ramen lovers have various tastes, but I like this soup because it is light. If you think it's too thick, you can get a diluted soup, so I think it's easy to eat.

There are three types of miso: the dark Hokkaido miso, the slightly dark Shinshu miso, and the sweet Edomae miso. You can choose your own toppings such as green onions and char siu wild vegetables. The parking lot is small, so maybe only about 10 cars can be parked. The side menu is rich in fried rice and dumplings.

A ramen shop that I've been wondering about for a long time. The parking lot here is narrow and it was difficult to wait in line along the main road, so I gave up several times and finally got in. You can choose your ramen from Hokkaido (spicy), Shinshu (slightly spicy), and Edomae (sweet). There is also a soup to dilute if it is spicy (salty), so you can make it your own. This time, I ordered Hokkaido spicy green onion miso (with boiled egg), Hokkaido roasted pork fillet (with boiled egg), and dumplings. I enjoyed my favorite miso ramen. I will try a different miso next time. This cold dish contains round slices of lemon, and it is very nice to have a refreshing taste after eating.
