More Comments at Google MapI've already been there five times in June alone. It's so good, the store is clean and comfortable! Personally, I think the rich seafood tsukemen and Hirako niboshi ramen are the best.
A large serving of rich seafood tsukemen, the same price as 950 yen. It's literally delicious when you mix the thick noodles with the thick soup. Hirako niboshi soba (850 yen) is a light type with chewy thin noodles. If you like thick dried sardines, the amount and taste may be unsatisfactory. 2 people waiting around 18:30. After that, many people wait in line for a long time. It takes about 8 to 10 minutes to serve thick noodles, so the turnover of the shop is slow. The owner and staff are kind without being intimidating, and the store is clean and has a good feeling. It is necessary to devise ways to guide groups of 2-3 people, such as the order to guide them to their seats. A shop I want to visit again. Next time I would like to try the meat mixed soba. Thank you for the meal.
A ramen shop with 3 types of ramen, tsukemen, and mazesoba. I had Hirako niboshi soba. The thin, curly noodles are well entwined with the soup. The rich dried sardines and soy sauce soup is not overpowering and very delicious. In the neighborhood, it is close to Seijo Seika in Roka Park.
