The food is incredible. It is Jiro Style but you can really taste the passion that the owner has for his craft. He also plays excellent music. I recommend getting it with the quail eggs

2023.03 Visited around 11:30 on Fridays. There was a waiting space in the store and about 4 people were waiting. I was immediately guided. I ordered 180g because my stomach is not so big. Called as soon as the noodles were boiled. Yasai garlic and less oil carame fishmeal. 180g was just right for me, who usually gets full with ramen and a bowl of rice at Iekei ramen. Also, the store manager has a good atmosphere and I think it's easy for even Jiro beginners to enter. I recommend starting with 180g. 2023.06 Weekend limited rock cold visit, it was delicious.

I'm going there for a limited time. The trinity of noodles with a strong presence that makes you think you're making noodles, chunks of pork that make you think you're eating pork, and soup that makes you admire how well it's made every time.
