More Comments at Google MapThere aren't many good ramen shops in Omori, but if you're in the mood for Jiro style, this is it. It doesn't have a very rich texture, but you can definitely feel the fat. Go when you're at the peak of your hunger. Please ask for more vegetables. Even though it's called a vegetable, it's actually bean sprouts, so if you don't like bean sprouts, don't eat too much of it.
6 pork ramen, extra vegetables The soup is exquisite, not at all salty compared to other Jiro ramen, and has a good amount of fat. The only drawback is that the bowl is a little small.
Following the Daimon store, I had Tsukemen (large) at the Omori store. The slightly sweet soup and wide noodles like kishimen are very delicious. (2022.10.28 postscript) I ate a bowl of ramen. The large is 400g of noodles and 3 pieces of pork. The soup has a firm flavor and is delicious. The noodles are also chewy. It feels like an evolution of the Jiro system. However, I personally prefer tsukemen, so I thought it would be tsukemen if I went to Bali man. Ramen can be eaten at other stores with a similar taste, but the tsukemen here has a unique taste.
