Really good ramen

I found some impressive ramen for the first time in a while. It's a light salt ramen, but the soup is elegant and light, yet full of flavor. At first, I served it as is with a little pepper, and then added some grated garlic later, which went really well. The flavored eggs were served as a topping, but the yolks were so soft and seasoned, it was the best! The pork chashu is also exquisite, with no oil at all.

I had Yumeya Ramen. The flavor of the soy sauce and the mellowness of the miso are really delicious. It has a gentle yet satisfying taste. I've had soy sauce ramen before, and it's still delicious!
