2023/10/6 (Friday) I entered our store near Tokyo Women's University, about 20 minutes walk from Kichijoji Station, around 1:40 p.m. Since it was past lunchtime, I was able to seat one customer in front of me (a male customer) and the other customer in the back (a female customer) with plenty of time. Since it was my first time, I ordered the soy sauce soba. First, take a sip of the soup and it will be delicious❗️ Next, add the noodles and it will also be delicious❗️ I thought this Chinese soba was so complete that you could be satisfied with just the soup and noodles without any toppings. The only problem is the location. It takes quite a while to walk from Kichijoji and Nishi-Ogikubo. It would be easier to visit again if there was an affiliated parking lot 💦

Arrived at 10:50 on Saturday and entered the store at 11:20 without being able to enter the first time. I chose the special soy sauce ramen for 1,200 yen. The thin noodles are soaked in a soy sauce soup with a hint of seafood. The thick roasted pork fillet leaves a big impact. The restaurant's appearance befits a Michelin-starred restaurant and the elegant owner also left a good impression. There is ample bicycle parking, so there is no problem visiting by bicycle.

Ramen shop in Nishiogi I got in easily at 11:30 on Saturday, just before Golden Week. Bib Gourmand listed stores. An elegant dish with medium-thin straight noodles in a seafood-based soy sauce soup. The char siu is also not greasy and has a crumbly texture. The owner looks you in the eye and greets you, which is unusual for a ramen shop.
