More Comments at Google MapThere are not many places in Tokyo where you can eat Sano ramen, but Sano Ramen Susumu-chan is the place where you can eat that soft, gentle soup and curly noodles. Sano ramen's gentle soup is still alive and well, even if there are some adjustments to make it more popular in Tokyo. I ate several kinds of ramen, but I almost finished the soup. The specially made niboshi ramen (my favorite one in front of the cement!) and summer-only chilled Chinese noodles (the acidity is sour!) were also highly accurate and surprising. The owner is a ramen craftsman, but he is also an entertainer and an entrepreneur, and I was fascinated by his attitude of looking at the world.
About 2 minutes walk from the north exit of Kichijoji Station. This is a Sano ramen shop. I went all the way to Kichijoji to see this. I immediately ordered a set of ramen and gyoza, and also ordered a highball. The flat, soft, curly noodles are topped with thickly sliced char siu, thick menma, naruto, and seaweed. There is no doubt that it is delicious. First, take a sip of the soup with chopped green onions floating on top. It has a very gentle soy sauce flavor. It has a slight peppery flavor, and the taste is very good. Gyoza with vinegar soy sauce and chili oil. Serve this as a snack with a highball and enjoy the meal slowly. Thanks to you, we had a great lunch. We also have fried potatoes and fried black chicken, but we'll leave those for next time. They are doing their best to provide good customer service. The only store in Tokyo certified as authentic by Sano City. I highly recommend it.
I visited on Friday night in March 2023. The place used to house a beef bone ramen shop, but now it's a Sano ramen shop. I went with the Kujo green onion ramen bowl set, and the Sano ramen had a lot of thick pork fillet, and there was also a lot of Kujo green onion on top, which made the ramen taste refreshing and delicious even as a base, and it greatly increased the satisfaction level. Masu. The Kujo green onion bowl that comes with this set is full of volume, with lots of pork fillet, lots of green onions, and raw eggs! The staff greeted me with a smile even when the restaurant was about to close, so I was able to enjoy my meal comfortably.
