After about 15 minutes, a staff member called me and showed me around. Special Ramen (1100 yen) Your preference is harder, darker, more I asked for free rice (up to 1 cup). The soup was delicious with a great balance of soy sauce and gala. The char siew was thinly sliced, not fatty, moist, and had a nice smoked aroma.I wanted to double it next time. The noodles are made by reliable Sakai noodles, so of course they are delicious, and although they were soft when boiled, they were chewy, which I might prefer. The free rice is mediocre at best, so if you want to eat a lot, the all-you-can-eat rice (100 yen) is a good option as it includes a lot of rice. It was Saturday lunch time, 20 minutes before opening, and there were 4 people waiting. This is a store that quickly gained popularity after opening in October 2022 and became a very popular store. It opened at exactly 11am, so I checked the ticket machine. The noodle menu only includes ramen and toppings, so I clicked on a large ramen (900 yen) and handed the ticket to the staff. You can choose the firmness of the noodles, the intensity of the flavor, and the amount of oil according to your preference, but I decided to ask for everything as usual and wait. First of all, when I tried the soup, it tasted like pork bones. It's a high-quality soup that's rich but not too heavy, and it's rich and delicious. The noodles are made by Sakai Seimen and are short, straight, flat noodles with a wavy cross section. The amount of noodles is about 200g for a large serving. It has quite a volume. Since the rice was free, I had the choice of medium + rice, but since I like noodles, I chose the large size. The ingredients are simple: char siu, spinach, and seaweed. If I make it special, will it come with extra char siu and flavored eggs? Well, today I wanted to enjoy soup and noodles, so regular ramen was enough, but the char siu was moist with smoky thigh meat, and the meat quality was good, so it was very delicious. Maybe I could have added more char siu to this?
