I had tonkotsu ramen at many restaurants during my two week stay. This was by far the best one.

I thought it would have a rich taste, but it was really delicious. The grilled yellowtail was fragrant and I was able to eat it easily even though I wasn't that hungry. This is a ramen shop that you'll want to go to again.

It's been a long time since I last had yellowtail ramen. It was carefully made and the flavor of the dashi soup combined with the aroma of the grilled yellowtail was delicious.
